How we handle what you tell us.

What we collect

When you write to us or book, we receive your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method and time, the stylist you ask for and the message you send. Our booking page may ask for more, and it has its own privacy notice.

How we use it

We use it to answer you, to pass your message to the stylist you ask for and to confirm and manage appointments. Each stylist is an independent business and keeps their own client notes. We do not sell your information.

  • Ask us to correct or delete it
  • Ask us to stop sending you messages
