Step 1: Book your visit
Choose a stylist on the booking page, or call or text the shop and we will pick one with you. Color and extensions begin with a consultation.

Step 2: What to bring
Photos of looks you like, and of looks you don't. Tell your stylist what has been on your hair: box color, relaxer, smoothing treatment, henna.

Step 3: When you arrive
Arrive a few minutes early and check in at the front. Street parking and downtown garages are a short walk away, and your stylist meets you at their station.

Step 4: What to expect
A conversation first, then the service. Your stylist says what they plan to do and how long it will take, and you agree before they start.

Step 5: Afterward
Your stylist tells you how to care for your hair at home and when to come back, and you can book the next visit before you leave.
